What responsibilities?

• Set the general tone for the development of art on the project, work with the production team. To convey understanding to the team.
• Participate in the formation of the project's artistic team. Evaluate candidates (internal and external, if necessary).
• Evaluate the level of graphics and processes on their own project, suggest ideas for improvement and implement them with the help of the team.
• If necessary, perform the most complex/unique tasks in their field.
• Participate in the formation and development of a team of artists. Identify the strengths of key artists in the team, transfer their expertise and grow strong professionals.
• Contribute to the development of the company's strategic directions at the level of their team.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• A strong portfolio in one of the artistic fields (Art, UI, VFX, Animation, 3D) or a portfolio of completed projects as an art director/art leader). High level of understanding of all aspects of graphics creation.
• Knowledge of the global mobile game market and trends in casual graphics (isometrics).
• Experience in team building and development.
• Ability to see mistakes in graphics and give constructive feedback to the team.
• Professional knowledge of graphics packages.
• More than 3 years of experience in game development (preferably on Match-3 projects).
  Initiative and flexibility.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with 2D animation.
• Experience with neural networks: Stablediffusion, DALL-E, etc.
